Deer Valley Airpark Project

Concept Builders recently completed a 30,000 sq ft mixed use project. The project is located at the Deer Valley Airport and includes office, warehouse and airplane hanger space.

Arizona Heart Hospital

During the holiday season the Arizona Heart Hospital suffered a fire and water loss destroying over two-thirds of the building. Concept Builders mobilized a full staff immediately, even as the building was still being dried from the water damage. Our staff worked 24/7 throughout the holiday season and returned the hospital to operation in just 3 weeks.

CityNorth

CityNorth, a 5.5 million-square-foot, mixed-use environment currently being built on 144 acres, will be the urban core and major regional center for the Northeast Valley of Phoenix. Concept Builders is currently working with developer, Related Urban, to provide base building, office, build to suite, and tenant improvement construction.
